Hey, how’s it going? Here are three things that have been on my mind this week.
1 – How to make bindaetteok
Do you love bindaetteok (mung bean pancakes)? My latest how-to video is on my YouTube channel. Click here for the original post and full recipe.
2 – 2013 Food blogger conferences
Are you a food blogger? There are quite a few food blog conferences happening in the next several months. The newest one being…
FOOD & WINE CONFERENCE sponsored by Sunday Supper. Yes, the same Sunday Supper group that I’ve been a part of this past year. The conference will be held in Orlando, FL from July 19-21. I’m also helping out with the planning of the conference! FUN is definitely guaranteed! 🙂

3 – EJL / Flourish in Progress
Elizabeth Jayne Liu (EJL) is the voice behind Flourish in Progress. Her piece that was published in HuffPo titled “Her Father, My Father” was the piece that got me hook, line, and sinker, and I’ve been following her ever since. I was immediately drawn to her honesty and freshness in her writing. Pay her a visit…she curses like a sailor, but she’s really nice…I promise.
