Korean Folk Songs #Giveaway

December 3, 2014 By Amy Kim

Korean Folk Songs #Giveaway | www.kimchimom.com

One of the first songs I remember as a kid was San Tokki (Mountain Rabbit). How about you? This book, Korean Folk Songs, includes 14 classic folk songs arranged by Robert Sang-Ung Choi. One of the things I appreciate about this book is that it includes piano music for each song! Great for all aspiring musicians. All the lyrics are written in Korean Hangul, the Anglicized version of Korean, and English. If you’re not familiar with the songs, the book comes with a CD which features each song in both Korean and English. They have everything covered! I love this book!

Since I can not possibly carry a tune, I would have to be in the back of the band playing the keyboard..

I would like to play drums. I already tried my luck in normal, maybe traditional drums would work as well? I just like drums cause you’re not int the spotlight but again most songs need rhythm and drums which is important. 🙂
