I’m loving all of these “top recipes of the year” post from my favorite bloggers. It’s great to be able to go back through and see all of their greatest hits, especially if I didn’t discover the blog until later on in the year. That timpano is just insane. A timpano has always been on my food bucket list – just need a springform pan!

Happy new year Lori! I used my Dutch oven for this timpano! And yes, I love all the top tens!

Say what?!? Honestly, I didn’t even click over to read the recipe, because I didn’t want to be disappointed when I saw “springform pan.” hahaha. A Dutch oven, I can do. This would be sort of epic to make for Oscar night this year, I’m thinking.

Happy new year, kimchimom! The gamjatang along with a side of oi kimchi sound good right about now!
