Jjamppong is a spicy Korean-Chinese noodle soup. Korean-Chinese, you ask? Yes, dishes like tang soo yook (sweet-and-sour pork) or jjang jjang myun (noodles with black bean sauce) or kkang pung saewoo (spicy fried shrimp) to name a few examples. Obviously there’s some influence from Korea’s neighbor on its northwest border, China.
In the video, I show you how quick and easy it is to make dish! Make sure you have your ingredients prepped and ready to go, and don’t sweat it if you don’t have all the ingredients listed my recipe.
