Beef Burger

- 8-12 ounces of 85/15 ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of fresh black pepper.
Divide the mixture in half and form into patties.
Grill to preferred done-ness.
